In the undercard of the Lomachenko vs. Kambosos fight, two championship bouts will take place

Two championship bouts have been announced for the undercard of the Vasiliy Lomachenko vs. George Kambosos fight night scheduled for May 12th.

Mexican fighter Carlos Cuadras will defend his interim WBC junior bantamweight world title against former world champion Andrew Moloney.

Additionally, WBA featherweight world champion Nina Hughes will face former world champion Cherneka Johnson, as reported by BoxingScene.

As a reminder, the Lomachenko vs. Kambosos fight for the vacant IBF lightweight title will headline the boxing event at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, on May 12th.

Ukrainian Vasiliy Lomachenko's last fight took place in May 2023, where he lost to Devin Haney in a bout for the undisputed world championship title. Australian Kambosos won the IBO lightweight title last July by defeating British boxer Maxi Hughes.
