In the match between the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks, a record for the fewest free throw attempts in a game was reported by ESPN.

The Celtics did not attempt any free throws, thus becoming the first team in league history to achieve this feat. The previous record was set in games between Atlanta and Orlando (2018) and Memphis and Atlanta (2014), with only one free throw attempt in both instances.

As for the Bucks, they had only two attempts. Milwaukee committed just four fouls against their opponent, marking the lowest total in league history. Giannis Antetokounmpo was the only player in the match to attempt free throws, successfully converting one of two attempts.

Additionally, Milwaukee's leader and star, Giannis, leads the NBA in free throw attempts this season with 780. Damian Lillard from Milwaukee ranks seventh (494), and Jason Tatum from Boston ranks eighth in this category (488).

Denver Nuggets' center and main star, Nikola Jokic, continues to have an incredible season in the NBA. He surpassed the 14,000 career points milestone.
