Cristiano Ronaldo has showcased his peak physical condition, flaunting his chiseled physique in new photos on his Instagram. Joining him in the snapshots was Cristiano Jr., who also flexed his muscles for the camera.
At 40 years old, Ronaldo looks every bit the model athlete—even next to his 15-year-old son. The forward captioned the photos with a playful line: “Like father, like son 😂💪🏽.” Still, it’s clear the younger Cristiano has some way to go before catching up to his father’s level of fitness.
Ronaldo is renowned for his relentless discipline and strict diet, which have allowed him to maintain top form well into his forties. Earlier, the Portuguese superstar underwent testing that revealed his body age is equivalent to that of a 29-year-old—a truly astounding feat.
It’s worth recalling that Ronaldo recently claimed yet another trophy, helping the Portugal national team win the Nations League. He played a decisive role in this triumph, scoring crucial goals in both matches of the Final Four.
