On Friday, June 14, the opening match of the European Championship between Germany and Scotland will take place.

The official Munich portal reported that people are no longer being allowed into the fan zone as it has reached its capacity. The large influx of fans has caused the fan zone to become overcrowded.

It is worth noting that the Munich fan zone in the Olympic Park was designed to accommodate 25,000 fans, with 14,000 of them located at Marienplatz, Munich's central square.

The first match of the European Championship between Germany and Scotland will kick off at 21:00 Central European Time.
