"I’m becoming the problem." A video shows Xavi announcing his departure from Barça

Following the conclusion of the last season, Barcelona decided to part ways with Xavi. This came despite the club extending his contract shortly before he chose to leave.

Details: El Chiringuito published a clip of Xavi informing his players about his departure from Barcelona.

Quote: "Good morning. Look, I know this is not an easy day. First, because of yesterday's disappointing result. We will analyze it and see what happened to us.

I regret not telling you before the press conference I held after the match. I made this decision a while ago. It's not a sudden reaction to yesterday's loss. I decided this some time ago.

I think I’m starting to become a problem," Xavi stated.

Reminder: The Spanish coach worked with Barcelona from 2021 to 2024, during which he won La Liga.

Additionally, Xavi plans to return to coaching, but not until next summer. His time at Barcelona was demanding, and right now, his priority is to rest.
