"I will knock out Joshua." Francis Ngannou on the upcoming fight with Anthony

Francis Ngannou shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight against Anthony Joshua, as reported by BoxingScene.

According to the fighter, no one knows what he is capable of yet. The fight against Fury was his first in his boxing career. Ngannou notes that he continues to grow and develop. He is a newcomer and continues to improve.

"I think, most likely, I will knock out Anthony Joshua. I think he's easier to beat than Fury. I mean, not that he's not a strong fighter. He's a very strong fighter, but he's easier to knock down than Tyson, and he's harder to recover than Fury," said Francis.

It is worth recalling that it was previously stated that the fight between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou would take place on March 8. However, representatives of the athletes will soon hold a press conference in London, where they will officially announce the date of the fight.

In October, Ngannou fought against Tyson Fury. The Franco-Cameroonian lost by a split decision, despite knocking the Briton down in the third round. Joshua had his last fight the previous month against Swede Otto Wallin. Joshua won by technical knockout in the fifth round.
