"I understand everything now". Bayern midfielder decides on his future

Midfielder Leon Goretzka of Bayern Munich has spoken about his future. According to the player, he sees himself only in Munich in the coming years and does not consider a transfer.

"From my point of view, everything is clear - my contract runs until 2026, and there is no reason to think about moving to another club," Fabrizio Romano quoted the player.

The 29-year-old Goretzka joined Bayern from Bochum in 2018 on a free transfer.

The player's agreement with Bayern is valid until the summer of 2026. This season, the midfielder has scored 5 goals and provided 11 assists in 37 matches in all competitions.

Bayern have lost their chances of winning the Bundesliga but continue to compete in the Champions League semifinals. Tuchel's team will face Real Madrid for a spot in the final. The match in Munich will take place on April 30, and the return leg in the Spanish capital will be on May 8.
