Hansi Flick has addressed the possibility of extending his contract with Barcelona.
According to the German coach, he is currently fully content at the Catalan club.
Quote. "I love being in Barcelona! So I don’t feel any pressure about this. I enjoy working at this club, I’m happy with the team, and I believe we have great potential. You can also see from our academy that the future here is very bright," Fabrizio Romano quotes the coach as saying.
Background. On May 29 last year, Barcelona and Flick reached an agreement for the German to take charge of the team. He signed a two-year contract until June 30, 2026.
Previously, reports suggested that Flick had expressed to Barcelona’s board his desire to extend Frenkie de Jong’s contract.
