US President Donald Trump admitted that he is a fan of MMA fighter Conor McGregor. He revealed this during a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin.
When asked who his favorite Irishman is, Trump replied that he likes many, but especially Conor McGregor. The US President also noted that McGregor has the best tattoos he's ever seen.
It should be noted that Trump's feelings seem to be mutual. McGregor is also a fan of the US President and even attended his inauguration in Washington in January.
Additionally, McGregor is currently experiencing a challenging period in his life and career. He hasn't competed in the octagon since July 2021, when he broke his leg in a fight against Dustin Poirier. The Irishman also became embroiled in a scandal with an accusation of rape and received a guilty verdict in court.
