Former Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboué has shared a deeply emotional account of life after his high-profile divorce, revealing the lasting personal and financial impact it has had on him.

In a heartfelt revelation, Eboué spoke about the painful distance between him and his children and how he hasn't seen them for years.

“Up till now, I don’t have any recent pictures of my kids. When I ask their mom for new pictures, she refuses to give them to me… They read my messages, but they don’t reply,” he said,

Eboué was previously married to Aurélie Bertrand, with the couple tying the knot in October 2004. However, their relationship ended in a bitter divorce between 2015 and 2017, a case that drew widespread media attention.

The court ruling saw Bertrand awarded the majority of Eboué’s assets, including his finances, cars, and two homes in England. She was also granted full custody of their three children.
