'I Am Trying to Convince Both of Them' – Osimhen courts Super Eagles duo for Galatasaray switch

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has revealed talks with Ademola Lookman and Raphael Onyedika amid reports linking them with Galatasaray. The Turkish champions want reinforcements for domestic and European ambitions.

Speaking after Galatasaray’s 1-1 Champions League draw with Atletico Madrid, Osimhen said he raised the idea during national team duty. “I spoke with Onyedika during the Africa Cup of Nations… I also spoke with Lookman during the matches we played for the World Cup,” he said. He added that he told them “about the Galatasaray fans… and the beauty of the country,” stressing they would decide. Osimhen said their arrival “would be good for our club,” as both players consider future moves later this season as speculation continues across Europe.
