The Swedish midfielder begins his day by arriving at the training ground, where he stops to sign autographs for fans before heading in for breakfast. His menu includes fruits, avocado, eggs, and even sea moss, known for its high mineral content and health benefits.
Kulusevski then heads to the gym for strength training, followed by recovery sessions. He spends 45–50 minutes in a hyperbaric chamber, which helps improve recovery and oxygenation. Afterward, he rotates between the pool, sauna (for 15 minutes), and an icy plunge bath to round off his recovery routine.
Later in the day, the 23-year-old visits a local community center to hand out gifts to children, spreading joy and goodwill.
Just two days after this packed schedule, Kulusevski delivered a stellar performance in Tottenham’s thrilling 4–3 victory over Manchester United in the League Cup quarterfinals. The Swede scored a crucial goal to help Spurs advance to the semifinals.
Despite their cup success, Tottenham currently sits in a disappointing 12th place in the Premier League, trailing the European qualification spots by 10 points.
