Humiliating! Leão offered himself to a Premier League club — and was rejected!
Rafael Leão could have landed at one of the Premier League's most unexpected destinations.
Details: According to renowned insider Ben Jacobs, representatives of the Portuguese winger this summer offered Leeds the chance to sign the AC Milan star. Leão was also offered to Manchester United and Arsenal.

However, the Leeds board rejected the proposal. The scale of the potential deal, financial demands, and overall costs made further negotiations highly unlikely.
Leão himself had previously stated publicly that he was eager for a new challenge and admitted he would welcome a chance to test himself in the English top flight.
As a result, one of the summer's most unexpected transfer moves remained just a proposal from the player's representatives.
It's worth noting that last season Rafael Leão made 31 appearances for Milan, scoring 9 goals and providing 3 assists.
Reminder: Transfer offensive on three fronts! Tottenham reach out to Manchester City for star winger.
