In the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh, a significant boxing evening is underway.

Mandatory IBF title contender in the heavyweight division, Filip Hrgović, stepped into the ring against the 41-year-old Mark De Mori, securing a convincing victory in the very first round.

Representing Croatia, Hrgović sent his opponent to the canvas right at the start of the fight, prompting the referee to stop the bout. This marks the 17th win for the Croatian boxer in as many as 17 fights, all by knockout.

The IBF title in the heavyweight division is held by Ukrainian Olexander Usyk. He's set to contest for the status of undisputed champion against Tyson Fury in February.

In another match, Cuban heavyweight Frank Sánchez (24-0, 17 KOs) defeated Junior Fa (20-3, 11 KOs).

The evening's main event in Riyadh will feature the bout between Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin, expected to begin around midnight.

The highlight of the night will be the fight between Deontay Wilder (43–2–1, 42 KOs) and Joseph Parker (33–3, 23 KOs). You can find the full list of fights for this mega event here.
