How did he miss that? Fail of the year from Vinícius against India. VIDEO
Vinícius produced one of the funniest moments of Brazil's match against India.
Details: During the ongoing international friendly, the Brazilian winger decided to go for the spectacular and attempted an overhead kick. Everything looked set for an acrobatic effort, but Vinícius completely misjudged the ball's trajectory and swung at thin air instead. The Real Madrid star failed to make any contact with the ball, turning what could have been a spectacular highlight into a hilarious miss.
The episode looked particularly amusing because Vinícius committed fully to the attempt. He threw himself into the air expecting to connect cleanly, only for the ball to pass by without the Brazilian managing even the slightest touch.
The friendly between India and Brazil is being played at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata. Vinícius started the match for the Seleção as Carlo Ancelotti's team continued its international schedule in Asia.
It is worth noting that this is the first-ever senior men's international meeting between India and Brazil. The fixture also marks the first time Brazil's senior national team has played an international match on Indian soil.
