The investigation produced an especially alarming discovery. Police reportedly found a list containing 26 addresses belonging to singers, athletes and other public figures on the suspect's phone. Among the potential targets was Mbappé, who was described in the material uncovered by investigators as a particularly wealthy target.
Reports state that the group was considering kidnapping and attacking the Real Madrid and France star. The 18-year-old suspect remains in custody and has reportedly been placed in isolation, while another alleged accomplice was released under judicial supervision. Authorities are continuing to establish the exact role of each person involved and whether all of the plans discovered during the investigation had reached an operational stage.
