As expected, Nico Paz is set to join Real Madrid, while Como are making a move to secure yet another prospect from the Galácticos' academy.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano on his social media page X, the Como management is seriously considering the signing of 21-year-old attacking midfielder César Palacios from Real Madrid Castilla.
Reports indicate that Palacios, who operates as an attacking midfielder, has caught the eye of the Como coaching staff and has been identified as the ideal replacement for the departing Nico Paz.
Romano notes that, should the deal go through, Real Madrid will retain a buy-back clause—just as they did with the transfer of Nico Paz.
Palacios, a product of Real Madrid’s youth academy, would make this his first professional transfer if an agreement is reached between the clubs.
César Palacios’ market value is estimated at €6 million by Transfermarkt.
