Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt has etched its name into the annals of European football history, achieving a feat never before seen in the continent’s premier club competition.
Details: According to Opta, the "Yellow-Blacks" have become the first team in UEFA Champions League history to field the exact same starting XI for six consecutive matches in the tournament.
The record covers a run of matches in which the Norwegians continue to stun European football with their cohesion. In these six encounters, the Norwegian side claimed victory in five and drew the other.
It’s worth noting that the Champions League second leg between Sporting and Bodø/Glimt kicks off tonight at 20:45 Central European Time.
Reminder: Igor Tudor believes in a Tottenham comeback in their Champions League clash against Atlético.
