Hinting at children? Tennis star Katie Boulter ready for the next step with fiancé
British tennis player Katie Boulter appears to be contemplating the next step in her relationship with fiancé Alex de Minaur. The WTA star posted a playful message on her X account, seemingly inspired by recent milestones in the tennis world.
With Belinda Bencic winning her first WTA 500 title after becoming a mother and Madison Keys claiming victory at the Australian Open shortly after getting married, Boulter joked: "Getting married = winning a tournament. Having a baby = winning a 500." She accompanied the post with a note-taking emoji, sparking speculation.
De Minaur quickly responded to his fiancée’s post with a lighthearted reply, asking whether she wanted to share her plans with him.
Boulter and de Minaur have been dating since 2020 and announced their engagement at the end of 2024. With wedding plans underway, it seems likely that the couple may soon take another step toward starting a family.
The duo has also shared the court together, competing in mixed doubles at Wimbledon, where they reached the second round.
