"He's still dangerous." Joshua shared his opinion on whether Wilder should go into retirement
Anthony Joshua shared his thoughts on whether Deontay Wilder should retire after a series of defeats in the ring.
"Should Wilder retire? No, I think he's still dangerous. He can still do a lot.
But if Deontay gets too caught up in life outside of boxing, he will end his career. When you listen to other people's opinions, you start doubting your own intuition. If he wants to fight, I don't think he should quit. I hope Wilder doesn't listen to others because everyone thinks he should retire," Joshua said.
In his last fight, Wilder lost to Zhang Zhilei. For the Bronze Bomber, this defeat was his fourth in his last five fights.
Anthony Joshua will have his next fight against Daniel Dubois, who currently holds the IBF title. The bout will take place on Saturday, September 21, at Wembley Stadium, London, UK.
