Brighton star James Milner, approaching 40, is in outstanding physical condition! The footballer showed off his sculpted torso, caught on camera by paparazzi while relaxing with his wife Amy Fletcher in the Caribbean.

After wrapping up another demanding season, Milner set off for the sun-drenched beaches of the Caribbean Sea. He and his wife chose sunny Barbados for their getaway, soaking in the stunning views, perfect weather, warm sea, and brilliant sunshine.
It's worth noting that despite his veteran status, Milner isn't planning to hang up his boots just yet.
"I would like to keep playing,' said Milner, who will be 40 in January. 'I look at my fitness now and I feel good. I've definitely got another year left in me. We're in talks with the club and quite close so it will be nice to be here and be part of the team and help the boys. Hopefully I can be part of it," James said.
Let us remind you that Milner missed almost the entire current season due to injury, making just four appearances for Brighton.
In the past, James has played for Leeds, Manchester City, and Liverpool. Over his career, he's won the Premier League several times and lifted the Champions League trophy in 2019.
