Here we go! Manchester United make official bid for Leipzig’s star

The Ivorian winger is on the verge of a move to Manchester United.
Details: According to Topskills Sports UK, Manchester United have submitted an official offer to German side Leipzig for 19-year-old Ivory Coast international winger Yan Diomande.

Reports indicate that the Red Devils have tabled a £78 million bid for the Bulls’ wonderkid and are hoping that former Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško can help persuade the young Ivorian to make the switch to England.
Leipzig, for their part, are demanding around €115 million for Diomande and are not willing to let their prodigy go for any less.
In addition to Manchester United, Liverpool are also closely monitoring Diomande, seeing him as a potential replacement for Salah.
Yan Diomande joined Leipzig in the summer of 2025 from Leganes for €20 million and quickly established himself as one of the team’s key players. This season, the Ivorian has made 30 appearances for Leipzig, scoring 11 goals and providing 8 assists.
Transfermarkt currently values Yan Diomande at €75 million.
