Barcola has been Liverpool's top target during the final stage of the transfer window, and the agreement represents the decisive breakthrough after lengthy negotiations with the French champions.
For now, PSG's official website still lists the 23-year-old winger as a member of the club's 2026/27 first-team squad. Barcola joined the Parisians from Lyon in August 2023 on a five-year contract running until 2028.
It is worth noting that Barcola made 49 appearances for PSG across all competitions last season, scoring 13 goals and providing 7 assists.
