Here we go! Liam Rosenior agrees to take charge of Chelsea
Chelsea is set to welcome a new head coach at the start of the new year.
Details: According to renowned and respected journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano, on his X social media page, 41-year-old English specialist Liam Rosenior, who is currently the head coach of French side Strasbourg, has accepted the offer to take the helm at London club Chelsea.
Romano reports that the deal is already sealed, and an official announcement will be made shortly.
Rosenior himself has expressed genuine excitement about the opportunity:
“I’m about to become the new manager of Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world,” Rosenior stated.
Liam Rosenior took charge of Strasbourg in July 2024. During his tenure, he led the French club in 63 matches, recording 32 victories, 14 draws, and 17 defeats. His contract with Strasbourg was originally set to run until 2028, but Chelsea has managed to buy him out.
