Here we go! Inter is going to sign a Canadian national team player
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Inter has reached a final agreement with Club Brugge for the transfer of Canadian full-back Tajon Buchanan.
Inter will pay €7 million plus bonuses for the 24-year-old player. Buchanan will sign a five-year contract.
It is expected that the Canadian will arrive in Milan tomorrow, and on Thursday, January 4th, he will undergo a medical examination. After that, the club will officially announce the transfer.
Buchanan will replace Juan Cuadrado at Inter, who will miss several months due to injury.
In the current season, Buchanan has scored 3 goals and provided 4 assists in 20 matches in all competitions. For the Canadian national team, he has played 35 matches and scored 4 goals. In the winter of 2022, Buchanan participated in all 3 matches for his national team in the World Cup.
