The deal is on the verge of completion!
Details: According to renowned and respected journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano on his social media page on X, Bournemouth have successfully wrapped up negotiations to sign striker Álvaro Rodríguez from Elche.
It is reported that the clubs have agreed on all terms of the deal, and the player himself has given the green light to the move. The transfer fee will be €25 million in fixed payments, with an additional €5 million in potential bonuses.
The deal will also benefit Real Madrid, who previously secured a sell-on clause for their former academy product. Thanks to this clause, Los Blancos will receive €12.5 million, with the possibility of earning a further €2.5 million should the bonus conditions be met.
With the transfer fully agreed, Bournemouth are set to make an official announcement on Rodríguez's signing in the coming days. For the English club, this represents one of the standout acquisitions of the current transfer window.
