Here we go! Borussia Dortmund is set to sign Germany national team striker

Borussia Dortmund is set to sign Germany and Hoffenheim forward Maximilian Beier.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the two parties have fully agreed on the transfer, with an official announcement expected soon. The transfer fee for Beier's move to "BVB" will be around €30 million.

Earlier this week, the player had already agreed to personal terms with the "Black and Yellows." He has also completed his medical examination. The contract will be valid until 2029.

In the past season, Beier scored 16 goals and provided 3 assists in 33 Bundesliga matches.

Borussia Dortmund finished last season in fifth place in the Bundesliga but reached the Champions League final, where they were defeated by Real Madrid 2-0.

Following the sale of Niclas Füllkrug to West Ham, Borussia Dortmund decided to invest the funds in a younger German forward.
