Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Napoli has verbally accepted Bayer's €30 million offer for left-back Miguel Gutiérrez. The deal is agreed, and the Spaniard is set to directly replace Alejandro Grimaldo.

Back on July 31, Leverkusen had only submitted an official bid for the defender, leaving the final decision with Napoli's management. Now, the clubs have reached a fundamental agreement, and Bayer will get their new left-sided player.

Napoli has verbally accepted the German club's official €30 million bid. The deal is fully agreed, and the Spanish footballer is already preparing for his medical. At Leverkusen, Gutiérrez is expected to fill the role of his compatriot Alejandro Grimaldo.

It's worth noting that in the 2025/26 season, Gutiérrez made 28 Serie A appearances for Napoli, scoring once and providing one assist. Transfermarkt valued the Spanish defender at €22 million.
