The list of qualified teams includes several of the continent’s top sides, as well as a few surprises.

The next edition of the most prestigious club competition organised by the Confederation of African Football is already taking shape. Although the 2025–2026 season is not yet over, some clubs have already secured their place in the 2026–2027 CAF Champions League.

There are currently 23 clubs that have secured their place to represent their countries on the biggest stage in African club football.

ASEC Mimosas will represent Ivory Coast, whilst Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns will carry South Africa’s hopes.

MC Alger will also be there to defend Algeria’s colours, as will Club Africain for Tunisia
