Heartland Appeals for Support Ahead of Bendel Insurance Clash

Heartland FC is asking their fans to come in big numbers for their game against Bendel Insurance on Sunday at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri.

The team, known as the Naze Millionaires, recently lost 3-2 to Plateau United and wants to recover with the help of their coach, Emmanuel Amuneke. They are now in 13th place in the league with 20 points after 16 games. This season, they have won five games, tied five, and lost six.

Taking to X, the club appealed to fans, saying, “We need the Naze Millionaires’ supporters to turn out in force.”

The upcoming fixture is pivotal for Heartland as they aim to climb the league table and secure a stronger position in the season’s second half.
