The famous former Dutch footballer,Tarik Oulida, received a prison sentence.

He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison in Spain. The ex-Ajax player was found guilty of sexually assaulting his own daughter, reports telegraaf.nl.

The verdict was handed down by a court in Marbella, Spain.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Oulida has encountered Spanish justice. He previously spent a month in prison in Madrid on suspicion of fraud.

The investigation found that the 49-year-old native of Amsterdam climbed into the child’s bed and committed sexual acts, in particular, he began to touch the girl’s intimate places.

In addition to the prison term, the former midfielder was also prohibited from contacting the child and coming within a certain distance of her.

After serving his sentence, the former football player will be under the supervision of Spanish authorities for another four years and two months.

Oulida played for Ajax from 1992 to 1995 and is a Champions League winner.
