During yesterday's rout of Darmstadt by Bayern Munich with a score of 5:2, the leader of the "Reds" and the England national team, Harry Kane, sustained an injury and was forced to be substituted. Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel stated that Kane twisted his ankle. However, according to reports from the PA news agency, the forward will still head to St. George's Park to prepare for the upcoming friendly matches of the England national team at Wembley Stadium.

On the official website of Bayern Munich, the following information is provided:

"Kane twisted his ankle after the collision. Since then, he has been applying ice to it.

We currently have no updates. We'll have to wait, see, and hope that it's nothing serious".

Today, the team's sporting director, Christoph Freund, stated:

"He will be examined in England. He trusts those doctors.

We are closely collaborating on this matter. Harry will not take any risks", as quoted by Bild.

As a reminder, as part of their preparations for Euro 2024, the "Three Lions" will face the Brazilian national team on Saturday, March 23, and play against the Belgian national team three days later.
