Bayern Munich kicked off the new UEFA Champions League season with a commanding 9-2 victory. This week, the Munich side will face Aston Villa. Ahead of this match, striker Harry Kane shared his plans for the season.

Details: In a comment to Bild, the English forward stated that his goal is to reach the UEFA Champions League final and win the title.

Quote: "Of course, I want to make it to the final and win the Champions League title! The Champions League is the biggest competition. If we manage to lift the trophy, it would be a fantastic season, especially if we won it at Allianz Arena," Kane declared.

Reminder: A few days ago, Kane played to a 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen, failing to register a single shot on goal during the match. This was the first time since September 2021, when he played for Tottenham against Crystal Palace, that the Englishman did not have a shot on target as a starting player. Additionally, he was substituted in the 85th minute due to injury.

Moreover, Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery praised Bayern's manager Vincent Kompany ahead of their Champions League showdown.
