Hard blow for Krépin Diatta against RC Lens

The Senegalese international was forced off with an injury.

Krépin Diatta is unable to continue AS Monaco's match against Lens this Saturday 21 February at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis. With the Monegasque club away for the Matchday 23 of the French Ligue 1, the Senegalese player had to give up his place early on to Aladji Bamba.

Krépin Diatta was injured in the knee and left the pitch in the 31st minute. However, the extent of the injury that forced him off the pitch is not yet known. The Senegalese will be assessed before the extent of the injury can be determined. Senegal is holding its breath as the international break in March 2026 approaches.
