Hamza Abdelkarim signs permanent deal with FC Barcelona
Until 2029
The Catalan club has exercised its option to buy the young Egyptian international.
Hamza Abdelkarim will not be returning to Al Ahly in Egypt. The 18-year-old forward, who arrived in Catalonia on loan during the last winter transfer window, has impressed FC Barcelona, who have decided to sign him on a permanent basis.
The young Egyptian international has signed a three-season contract with the Blaugrana. Hamza Abdelkarim will therefore play for FC Barcelona until 2029. Since making his debut last March for FC Barcelona’s reserve team, the Egyptian striker has scored six goals in 11 appearances.
