Hamed Junior Traoré is set to join Genoa

An agreement has been reached between the Italian club and Marseille for a loan deal with an option to buy for the Ivory Coast international.
Hamed Junior Traoré is not expected to spend the 2026–2027 season in France’s Ligue 1. The Ivorian left winger, who is under contract with Marseille until June 2030, is set to join Italy’s Serie A.
The 26-year-old Ivorian forward is expected to play for Genoa next season. Hamed Junior Traoré will join the Italian club on loan.
Marseille and Genoa are reported to have reached an agreement for the transfer of the Ivorian attacking midfielder, according to Foot Mercato. Hamed Junior Traoré’s loan includes a buy-out clause of €8 million.
