Details: According to sports journalist Pasquale Guarro, Inter and Turkey national team midfielder Hakan Çalhanoğlu is eager to depart the Italian side. Reports suggest Çalhanoğlu could have made the move during the summer transfer window, but at that time, Galatasaray’s offer was deemed too low by Inter for a player whose contract runs until 2027.
This summer, the midfielder is finally expected to leave the club and, most likely, will join Galatasaray. Inter are eyeing Bayern Munich's Leon Goretzka as a possible replacement, although no direct negotiations with the German club have taken place yet.
This season, Çalhanoğlu has played 23 matches for Inter in all competitions, scoring 8 goals and providing 4 assists. According to Transfermarkt, the midfielder is valued at 15 million euros.
