Haaland's brother may continue his career in an exotic championship

We all know that Erling Haaland is one of the best strikers in the world right now. But his relatives have not met such a fate.

The Manchester City forward has a cousin, Jonatan Braut Brunes, and despite the fact that they are peers, he only left Norway at the age of 23. And may soon find himself in a far from top European championship altogether.

Thus, Brunes was interested in the seventh team of the last season of the Polish championship - Raków. The club from Częstochowa, as Tomasz Wlodarczyk reports, has reached the finish line in signing the Belgian Leuven forward.

Brunes only has to pass a medical examination and sign a contract. The amount of the transfer is still unknown, but Transfermarkt estimates the 23-year-old forward at 900 thousand euros.

Unlike the top leagues, the Polish league has already started. In the opening match of the season, Raków defeated Ekstraklasa newcomer Motor Lublin 2-0.
