Details: According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Paris Saint-Germain have shown serious interest in Japan’s 23-year-old goalkeeper Zion Suzuki after his electrifying performances at the 2026 World Cup.
Sources indicate that the Parisian club has already entered discussions regarding a potential transfer, with talks progressing at a brisk pace. The PSG management has been highly impressed by the Japanese shot-stopper’s displays on the world stage, where he emerged as one of the standout players for his national team.
The French champions see Suzuki as a prime candidate to strengthen their goalkeeping ranks and are looking to capitalize on his World Cup success by sealing the deal in the upcoming transfer window. While negotiations are ongoing, a final agreement between the parties has yet to be reached.
Zion Suzuki’s transfer value is estimated at €20 million by Transfermarkt, and his contract with Parma runs until 2029.
