FIFA has issued an official statement regarding the financial payments due to Paul Put, which was delayed by the Congo Brazzaville Football Federation, noting that the Belgian coach was the coach of the Congolese national team before his trip with Uganda.
The hopes were directed to the man so that he could lead the Congolese national team to the 2023 Africa Cup of nations and qualify them for the 2022 World Cup as well, but in the end he failed to achieve both goals.
After his departure, Congo managed to qualify for the upcoming Africa Cup of nations 2025 finals in Morocco, the amount of money owed to the Belgian from the Congolese Federation is 34,500 Euros.
The Congolese Federation has until December 18 before it pays the money owed to the Belgian man.
