Al-Nassr are currently fighting for the Professional League title, but they have been left without their first-choice goalkeeper, who has chosen to continue his career in Italy.
Details: Insider Fabrizio Romano has given his trademark “Here we go!” on goalkeeper Bento’s move to Italian side Genoa. He will join the club on loan, with an option to buy for €9 million.
The goalkeeper will play one more match against Al-Hilal, scheduled for Monday, January 12, after which he will leave the club.
Genoa are currently battling for survival in Serie A. The team sit 17th in the table with 16 points. The gap to 18th place is two points.
Reminder: In the 14th round of the Saudi Pro League, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr faced Al-Qadsiah, with the Portuguese star scoring another goal and moving closer to 1,000 career goals.
