Reports suggest that after Alaba failed to sign a new contract with Real Madrid and became a free agent, he attracted interest from several clubs, with Milan emerging as the frontrunner.

Glasner sees Alaba as a perfect reinforcement for the defense thanks to his top-level experience and versatility, as the Austrian can play both as a central defender and on the left flank.

This season, Alaba has played 16 matches for "Los Blancos" but has not contributed any goals or assists. His market value is estimated at 3 million euros by Transfermarkt.
