Glamour model sentenced to probation for falsely accusing Theo Hernández of rape
Model Luisa Kremleva, who accused AC Milan defender Theo Hernández of rape, has been sentenced to a suspended prison term and fined after her claims were proven false, reports The Sun.
Kremleva admitted to making false allegations and was given a six-month suspended prison sentence along with a fine of €1,800. She was also warned that if she commits another offense within the next two years, she will serve her sentence in prison.
The legal battle lasted nearly eight years, as the incident dates back to June 2017. At the time, Theo Hernández and Kremleva engaged in consensual sex in a car parked outside a nightclub in Marbella. Afterwards, Kremleva invited Hernández to spend the night at her place, but he declined.
In retaliation, Kremleva called the police and accused Hernández of rape. However, surveillance footage contradicted her claims, leading investigators to charge her with filing a false report.
