Giménez reveals he was close to joining an Italian top club this summer

Details: According to the 23-year-old, he was on the verge of a transfer to AC Milan, but the deal fell apart over financial terms. Nevertheless, the Italian giants have not ruled out returning for Gimenez in the future.

Joining Milan would have been a dream; I grew up watching Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Kaka.
