Eric Tinkler has officially begun his tenure as the new head coach of Asante Kotoko, wasting no time in getting to work with the squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The South African tactician has taken charge of the Porcupine Warriors' pre-season preparations as the club begins its build-up to the new campaign.

Kotoko confirmed Tinkler's appointment on Friday, announcing that the experienced coach had joined the club with immediate effect.
