Ghana Arrive in United States Ahead of 2026 FIFA World Cup Preparations
Ghana have arrived in the United States as they step up preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup following the conclusion of their pre-tournament friendlies in Wales.
The Black Stars traveled from Cardiff on Wednesday and are now expected to continue their final phase of preparations at their training base in Providence, Rhode Island, ahead of the global tournament.
Ghana has been drawn in Group L alongside England, Croatia, and Panama. Before the start of the competition, the Black Stars are scheduled to play one final warm-up match against Jamaica on June 10.
Ghana will begin their World Cup campaign on June 17 against Panama and then face England on June 23, before rounding out their group stage against Croatia on June 27.
