GFA Confirms 2026/27 Ghana Premier League Season Start and End Dates

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially announced the calendar for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.

According to a statement released by the GFA on Monday, July 20, the new campaign will kick off on the weekend of September 4–7, 2026, and conclude on the weekend of May 28–31, 2027.

The upcoming season will also welcome three newly promoted clubs to Ghana's top flight. Debibi United, FC AshantiGold 04, and Port City FC earned promotion from the Division One League and will compete in the Premier League for the 2026/27 campaign.
