On Tuesday, March 26th, the final matches of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers will take place. Following the semi-final matches this week, six national teams have emerged to compete for the remaining three spots. Georgia will face Greece in Path A, Ukraine will take on Iceland in Path B, and Wales will clash with Poland in Path C.

What to know about the final matches of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers?

All national teams failed to advance through the traditional qualification route for the UEFA Euro 2024 and are now contending for the remaining spots through the UEFA Nations League.

Georgia finished fourth in Group A, trailing behind Spain, Scotland, and Norway. Their current opponent, Greece, competed in a tough Group B and conceded the top two spots to France and the Netherlands.

Ukraine also encountered a challenging group, finishing third behind Italy, only on goal difference. Group C was topped by England, who remained undefeated. Iceland, placed in Group J, secured only the fourth position, falling behind Portugal, Slovakia, and Luxembourg. The latter has already been eliminated from qualification by Georgia.

Wales competed in Group D, finishing third behind Turkey and Croatia. Their current opponent, Poland, also claimed the third spot in Group E, trailing Albania and the Czech Republic.

When and where will the final matches of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers take place?

All matches will be held on Tuesday, April 26th. The first match will feature Georgia and Greece, playing in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena, starting at 18:00 Central European Time (CET).

The remaining two matches will commence simultaneously at 20:45 Central European Time (CET). Wales will host Poland at the Cardiff City Stadium in the capital of Wales, Cardiff. Ukraine will be the home team, but due to the armed aggression from Russia, they will play the match in Poland at the City Stadium in Wrocław.
