Gasperini mistakenly substituted Lookman in the match against Lazio. What happened?

Yesterday, Atalanta lost to Lazio (0:1) in the 31st round of Serie A, and during the match, a curious incident occurred.
Details: In the 74th minute, Atalanta's star Ademola Lookman left the field, replaced by Lazar Samardzic. However, Gian Piero Gasperini intended to substitute another player instead of the Nigerian.
The issue was due to a technical error. The experienced coach said he was substituting Ederson, referring to him as “Ede,” but the team manager heard “Ade” and conveyed to the fourth official that Lookman should leave.
This information was confirmed by Gasperini himself to Sky Sports:
“Lookman's substitution? Ederson was supposed to come off, we made a mistake.”
For the first time since 2014, Atalanta has lost three Serie A matches in a row without scoring a single goal.
Reminder: Previously, Atalanta's president expressed hope that Gian Piero Gasperini will remain with the club for the next season.
