Gary Neville believes a change of coach won't help Manchester United
The last match of the Red Devils against Bournemouth ended extremely badly. Erik ten Hag's side lost 0:3, and the coach himself was threatened with dismissal.
Former Man United player Harry Neville is convinced that the sacking of ten Hag will not help the club as the same trend has happened with previous coaches such as Louis van Gaal, José Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
"It's all cyclical now. The coach in Manchester has a successful season and gets a lot of power. There is no control over him to say no when he needs players, no power of leadership, so the coach takes charge and signs players he favours over those the club needs," Neville shared a thought.
Erik ten Hague has a crucial week ahead of him as he faces matches against Bayern Munich and Liverpool and the club's management is likely to decide on the coach's fate after these matches. However, according to Harry Neville on his podcast, it is the sacking of the coach that will change nothing at the club.
